As is the case with any end of the year, it's time to reflect on the year that passed, and gear up for the new year. A few things I'm hoping to do in the first quarter:
- Lock down some stable, long-term work. No longer looking to be an intern or freelance if I can help it. I want to get started somewhere and keep growing wherever that may be.
- Figure out where I'd like to live long-term. A year ago, I was living in the desert outside of Los Angeles, sort of lost and not really knowing where I wanted to be. As time went on, I began to love Los Angeles, moving into the metropolitan area and finding myself having fun, but moved back to the east coast at the end of October to pursue my current internship. I'm seeing things through here in NYC but I want to see where the next step of my journey goes.
- Keeping up some good hobbies and habits. It seems repetitive to put this as something to do, but it's a reminder to keep doing what I like to do. Keep drawing, keep making music, keep taking pictures, and keep exploring.
Just a few things for now. Big things are in store for the new year. Enjoy the jam below from Ohbliv.
